The health of our patients and staff is our utmost priority. Lotus Behavioral Health continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation and keep up to date with information from local governments and credible sources such as, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

We have remained committed to our patients throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Lotus Behavioral Health has continued to provide exceptional care via telehealth appointments during the pandemic. We are offering telehealth appointments to minimize the risk of transmitting the coronavirus during face to face encounters as per CDC guidelines. This is a temporary measure and our doors will open when deemed safe to do so.

We are using HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platforms to provide diagnostic assessments, medication management, and psychotherapy. Your provider will send specific directions on how to access the telehealth appointment and download the necessary application. Telehealth appointments require a strong internet connection and device such as, a cell phone, laptop, or desktop computer. Telehealth appointments do not incur additional fees.
